Talking of Palliative Care | CatholicTV Series (Weekly: Mon/Wed/Thurs)
We are told that our gender is fluid. How true is this? What is the reality and purpose of our bodies? Is there any truth to "fluidity"? What does any of this have to do with God? Angela Franks will present a theology of the gendered body and discuss the truth and the limits of the idea of "fluidity."
There will be an opportunity for live Q&A with Dr. Angela Franks and other panelists from Saint John's Seminary.
For several decades and in growing numbers, lay men and women have been undertaking a wide variety of roles in Church ministries. Many of these roles presume a significant degree of preparation, formation, and professional competence.
We hope you will be able to join us for these reflections that illustrate the mission of co-responsibility for the Church today and see how Saint John's Seminary prepares lay leaders for ministry in the Church. Speakers include Ansel Augustine D.Min, Andreas Widmer MAM '09, and more. Please encourage your parish groups and ministries to attend.
