The Office of Palliative Care and Advance Care Planning now has resources available for Parish use! These materials would be useful for dissemination to parishioners and also, as resources for parish programs or discussion groups about serious and terminal illness. Parishioners can learn about palliative care and advance care planning through literature published by the Catholic Health Association, many of which are printed in Spanish, Portuguese, and Creole.
