Opportunity to Teach in Archdiocese of Boston's Catholic Schools

Presently, there is a nationwide shortage of teachers.  The Catholic Schools Office is hoping that we can attract retired teachers, career changers, military veterans, directors of religious education, retired business and nonprofit executives, former homeschool parents and others to step up – to teach even a single course, just a semester or a full year.  The applications received by the Catholic Schools Office will be shared with our Catholic schools. This flyer could be included in parish bulletins or shared with anyone you think might be interested.  We want this shared as widely as possible among Catholic families. Thank you for helping us get the word out.

Parish Created for Love Update

The mandate to implement the Created for Love safe environment curriculum for 6th through 8th graders continues: https://www.csoboston.org/about/CFL.  Colleen Donohoe, in the Catholic Schools Office, remains responsible for the implementation of this curriculum in archdiocesan schools.   The Secretariat for Evangelization & Discipleship and the Office of Pastoral Support and Child Protection are now responsible for the implementation of this curriculum in archdiocesan parishes.
